Shortstays.eu takes the responsibility to protect your personal data very seriously and respects your privacy. In accordance with the "Wet bescherming persoonsgegevens" (Personal Data Protection Act) the processing of personal data protection is registered at the College, established in The Hague.

Your personal information is essential for us to be able to offer you a professional service, but willnot be provided to third parties. After booking your information will be recorded in a secure database, accessible only to Shortstays.eu. Once your reservation has been approved by the accommodation (if the reservation is final), the accommodation will receive your personal information as is the case with every regular booking. Shortstays.eu has no affiliated companies, thus you will not receive unsolicited information.

Mailings
Only Shortstays.eu has access to your data. Your e-mail address can be used by us to send you a periodic newsletter with news and promotions. This newsletter is sent by default to anyone who booked via our website, unless you've indicated you don't want to receive the newsletter (through opt-in when making a reservation). You can always unsubscribe from the newsletter.

Visitor registration
Shortstays.eu collects general, non-identifying visitor information to be able to optimize the website and its services.
